Fiona O'Brien

Fiona O'Brien is a dedicated individual, balancing her roles as a proud Mum and Aunt alongside a successful career as a Tech Business Leader with a strong focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) advocacy.

She pursued her education in Marketing and Management, first at Technological University Dublin and then at Trinity Business School, where she studied for a Bachelors in Marketing and Business Management.

Fiona has held various key positions at Lenovo, including EMEA Chief Channel Officer and Head of Operations, as well as serving as the Chairperson of the EMEA Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Board. Her previous roles at Lenovo include Executive Director, EMEA Operations; EMEA Project Management Office and Business Transformation Director; Operations Director, Global Segment EMEA; CoE Director for UK and Ireland; and Country General Manager.

Prior to her tenure at Lenovo, Fiona O'Brien gained valuable experience at IBM, where she held positions such as PCD Manager, Software Sales Specialist, Distribution Channel Manager, and Marketing and Campaigns Manager.

With her extensive experience in technology, operations, channel management, and DE&I advocacy, Fiona O'Brien continues to make a significant impact in the tech industry while championing diversity and inclusion initiatives.
