Ferdinand Vroon is the founder of Foqus Advies, a leading personnel management consultancy specializing in solutions for organizations in the healthcare, welfare, and public sectors. With experience spanning several industries, Vroon provides expert advice on online recruitment campaigns, recruitment marketing, employer branding, system setup, recruitment, and selection. He graduated from the University of Amsterdam, where he earned both a Master of Science in Political Communication and Journalism and a Bachelor of Science in Communication Science.
