Felix Engelhardt, CFA is a Managing Director at Saxenhammer & Co. with over 30 transactions completed as an exclusive transaction advisor. Throughout his career, he has led over 100 employees and taken part in client discussions with transactions valued at over EUR 600 million. His expertise allows him to offer valuable insights to entrepreneurs in any conversation. As a seasoned business executive, Felix has helped businesses with business sales, acquisitions, financing, and capital raises. As a Managing Director, Felix is responsible for Origination, Marketing, and Digital initiatives.

Felix has lectured at Frankfurt School and the University of Maastricht as a guest lecturer, as well as at events such as TOUCHING INNOVATIONS (Deutsche Telekom) and the Berlin Börsenkreis. He has given presentations on topics such as industry-specific company valuation, the M&A process, digitalization in M&A, and complex B2B sales processes.

Before joining Saxenhammer & Co., Felix gained experience in the investment banking sector working with top companies like Commerzbank, Deutsche Bank, and UBS in London, and Frankfurt. He is a CFA charterholder and has a Master of Finance from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. Felix lives in Berlin with his family and enjoys being a proud father.
