Dave Banns is an accomplished Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, specialized and consultative Recruiter, and avid sports enthusiast with over a decade of experience in recruitment and business development. He has a successful track record of identifying technical ability, cultural fit, and exceeding clients' expectations, building long-term relationships with them. Dave's expertise lies in Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction, and Operations positions, having worked at all levels globally, from junior to director level. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, a Master of Business Administration, and a BC Teaching Diploma from Simon Fraser University and the University of Phoenix.

Dave's career began as a Business Education & Info Tech Dept Head, Athletic Director, and Teacher at Frank Hurt Secondary School, where he taught secondary education for an unspecified amount of time. He later joined MDLogical Ltd. and David Aplin Recruiting, where he served as Executive Search Consultant and Senior Consultant - Engineering, Construction & Technical, respectively. His last position before joining The Headhunters Recruitment Inc., was as a partner at TalentClick Workforce Solutions.

In his current position, Dave is responsible for building, managing and maintaining relationships with partners, ranging from HR Managers to C-Level executives.
