Ann W. Delap, FCSI
Ann W. Delap, an experienced and knowledgeable foodservice consultant from Tennessee, has made her mark on the culinary industry with over 25 years of professional experience. Since 2007, she has been an independent consultant, after serving as Senior Project Manager for Strategic Equipment and Supply Corporation for over two decades. In that role, she designed and supervised the installation of foodservice facilities for a variety of clientele, including schools, hospitals, restaurants, cafeterias, correctional facilities, convention centers, and churches. She also collaborated closely with architects, clients, contractors, and manufacturers to ensure successful project completion, and trained staff members on proper usage of the newly installed equipment. Her portfolio includes several iconic locations, such as the Knoxville Convention Center, Baptist Hospital West, and East TN Children's Hospital.
Ann's experience began during her time as a student at Auburn University, where she pursued a Bachelor of Interior Design within the School of Architecture. She eventually worked for a local architectural firm and interior design business before finding her passion in foodservice consulting.
