Kassymkhan Kapparov

Kassymkhan Kapparov is an accomplished manager, researcher, and analyst with a diverse educational background that includes a Diploma of course completion in Political Management, an MBA in Management and Finance, and an MA in Economics. Kapparov has extensive experience leading project teams and successfully implementing projects, making him a constant learner who is eager to acquire new knowledge and put it into practical use. He enjoys working in intellectually challenging multicultural environments that require efficiency, creativity, and teamwork.

Kapparov has a strong educational background that includes studying at prestigious institutions such as Harvard University, National School of Public Administration, Kazakh National University, Yokohama National University, and Kazakh Humanitarian Law University. He has also completed certificate courses in Asset Management and Macroeconomics and obtained diplomas of course completion from the International University of Japan and the Agence de Transfert de Technologie Financière & Institut de Formation Bancaire Luxembourg.

In addition, he has served as the Country Manager for Financer.com, the Program Officer for Soros Foundation-Kazakhstan, the Visiting Scholar for George Washington University, the Investment Manager for Autonomous Cluster Fund, the Consultant for World Bank Group, the Director for Bureau for Economic Research of Kazakhstan, the Manager for Strategic Planning and Insights for British American Tobacco, and the Analyst for Renaissance Capital and the Head of the Division for the Agency on Statistics of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
