Full responsibility for both the Corporate Talent Acquisition Team (Atlanta) and Sales Talent Acquisition Team (Nationwide). - Currently managing a full team of Recruiters, Managers, and Sr. Managers both locally and nationally.
Recruiting SME for Workday system implementation and replacement of current ATS.
Budget responsibility for allocation of resources based on hire metrics (source per hire, cost per hire, time to fill, etc). - These metrics indicate the success of each recruiting tool and allow for informed decision making based on the data.
Provide detailed recruiting metrics to Executive Leadership on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
Partner with Finance to craft approval process based on current budget and headcount allocation.
Partner with Marketing to promote and maintain company brand and assist in solving brand issues in the talent arena.
Understand industry best practices and the competitive employment environment for target candidates. Analyze trends and metrics to make informed decisions regarding business needs.
Implement and improve all hiring processes/procedures allowing for greater efficiency and cost effective hiring. -  Improve employee retention and productivity via highly effective recruiting programs. 
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations, and ensure all EEO objectives are applied consistently and uniformly.
Responsible for maintaining all branch (Sales) and corporate (IT, Executive, Help Desk, Finance/Accounting, Marketing, Customer Care, Engineering, etc) headcount in accordance with the business need.
Provide overall strategy and direction with regard to all talent acquisition subject matter, and embrace responsibility for success or failure of talent acquisition company-wide. – Every individual hired into the company is hired by a person on my team. Creating, implementing, and executing the strategy that allows for that hiring to be cost effective while equally successful is my passion.

Birch Communications

Director of Corporate Talent Acquisition

Full responsibility for both the Corporate Talent Acquisition Team (Atlanta) and entire east coast Sales Talent Acquisition Team. Managed recruiters both locally and remote.
Manage recruiting team’s metrics, objectives, allocation of current job openings, and successful achievement of all hiring deadlines in accordance to the business need.
Recruiting Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Cbeyond’s ATS implementation/upgrade (Ultipro replaced with OpenHire). 
Reviewed, compared, and assessed multiple vendors to determine the best applicant tracking system within Cbeyonds budget.
Led Cbeyond’s transformation to a Cloud Services Provider from a talent acquisition perspective. Successfully completed multiple Cloud Recruiting initiatives (both Corporate and Sales) on time and within budget. This involved weekly meetings with Finance, C-Level, IT Architects, determining allocation of resources, and increasing recruiter headcount. Full responsibility for the overall success of this recruiting initiative.  
Responsible for reporting all recruiting metrics weekly, monthly, and yearly. 
Responsible for determining which recruiting tools will receive funding based upon the source per hire/cost per hire metrics. 
Led Cbeyond’s corporate recruiting during the 3 highest growth years (24.9%, 22%, and 12% growth).
Developed and managed recruiting strategy for each opening, utilizing strategic sourcing techniques, job fairs, and relationship building.
Mentor all recruiters on full life-cycle recruiting (Sourcing, closing candidates, building rapport, executive communication, etc).
Partner with all VP’s and C-level Executives to strategize recruiting efforts, and ensure my team is presenting the most qualified candidates for open requisitions. 
Work with Finance to verify/qualify individual department headcount allocation.  
Provide detailed metrics on the status of current openings, individual recruiter performance, and overall recruiting strategy.

Senior Manager of Corporate Talent Acquisition

I managed the entire recruiting process, while driving all recruiters to success, and maintaining the company’s largest account (IBM). Successfully acquired IBM from initial meeting to signing the Service of Work (SOW). Simultaneously cultivated sales and recruiting relationships, while ensuring the recruiting team reached weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals. Hired, trained, and developed junior recruiters into top IT recruiting talent. My recruiters individually averaged 4-8 top-tier ($75/hr + or 100K+) candidate placements per month to drive company revenue. This recruiting team consistently placed top-tier candidates (ERP, CRM, IT Architects, Sr. Consultants, Project Managers, Managing Partners) in various roles with in IBM's corporate structure.

Consistent top performer receiving numerous awards and recognition company-wide. Top 5 recruiter for consecutive years with over 120 recruiters nationwide.  Successfully lead the Atlanta Information Technology Recruiting Team to reach targeted goals over a 3 year period. Involved in the hiring of new recruiters, mentoring current recruiters, and the coaching of junior recruiters to achieve better submit to hire ratios, and increase overall profit margin.
