Kia Sanders is an accomplished professional in the field of organizational leadership and sport administration. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Sport Administration/Management from the University of Cincinnati and her Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Claremont Lincoln University. With a passion for education and literacy, Kia has held the position of Early Literacy Project Coordinator at the Seattle Public Schools, and previously served as a South Shore Pk-8 School Coordinator for the same institution. She has also worked as a Program Manager and an Americorps Member at City Year, demonstrating her expertise in project management and leadership. Kia has gained valuable experience working in different intern positions such as Project Management Intern at Cincinnati Flying Pig Marathon and Athletic Department Intern at Walnut Hills High School.
