Faizah Bradford

Faizah Bradford, a highly educated and accomplished individual, has dedicated her career to leading efforts to advance education equity, with a focus on underrepresented communities. Ms. Bradford has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Northwest University and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Washington State University Vancouver. Ms. Bradford has been involved with a number of organizations that support her work, including Racial Equity Advancement at Seattle Public Schools, Partnership Director at Equal Opportunity Schools, and Director of Community, Family, and Student Impact at Teach For America.

Ms. Bradford's experience also includes serving as a Collaborative Leadership for Results Cohort for the Annie E. Casey Foundation, and as a Community Engagement Liaison at Bellevue School District. As a Community Engagement Specialist at Highline Public Schools, she has been able to use her diverse background to help promote diversity and inclusivity in schools. Prior to that, she worked as a Diversity Assistant at Kent School District. Her extensive experience in community engagement, operations management, and equity leadership makes her a valuable asset to the organizations she works with.
