Director - Community Engagement Division at New York City Council
Faiza N. Ali is a prominent community organizer and justice activist based in New York City. She currently serves as the Deputy Chief of Staff of Community Engagement at the New York City Council, overseeing the Council's Community Engagement Division.13 Ali has been with the City Council since 2014, initially serving as a liaison and later as the Director of the Community Engagement Division.1
Her career is marked by a strong commitment to empowering communities of color across New York.
