Generating Rubber Opportunities (GRO) in Myanmar project applies a  Market Systems Development (MSD) approach to increase incomes and social capital of smallholder rubber farmers in Myanmar. The  project is a $16 million, 10 year project funded by SDC and implemented by CARE.

Major responsibility is to provide leadership, management and strategic vision to the implementation of the GRO Myanmar project. Ensure design and implementation of interventions following the M4P approach and relevant to a complex adaptive market system. Responsible for overlooking the result measurement framework design and implementation. Also responsible for managing staff and resources, ensuring program quality and that the project meets its targets and deliverables on-time and within budget.
