Natalie Susi

Natalie Susi, a notable entrepreneur, writer, and teacher hailing from San Diego, possesses a rich and diverse background in personal and professional development. Susi began her entrepreneurial career with the founding of Bare Organic Mixers, an all-natural, low-calorie cocktail mixers company that received significant recognition from popular media outlets such as Forbes.com, Pacific Magazine, and Bravo, among others.

After selling the company, Susi combined her background as a teacher and experience as an entrepreneur to provide personal development coaching and consulting services to individuals, businesses, and creative entrepreneurs. She developed a conscious culture program using a framework called The Alignment Method to support conscious leaders in cultivating conscious teams and businesses ultimately leading to increased profits, productivity, and growth for both individuals and organizations.

Susi holds a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in English/Language Arts Teacher Education and an MA in English Literature. Additionally, she is a teaching professor at the University of California, San Diego, where she teaches a course called "The Pursuit of Happiness."
