Fabrizio Opertti, an Uruguayan professional, serves as the Manager of the Integration and Trade Sector (INT) at the Inter-American Development Bank.
In his role, Mr. Opertti oversees operational programs, technical assistance, regional initiatives support, policy research, and capacity building programs to promote trade, investment, economic integration, and regional cooperation in Latin America and the Caribbean.
