Fabrice Montezin is an experienced R&D Director and Innovation Manager with a demonstrated history of 20 years in team management within leading international groups in the chemical industry (Arkema) and biotechnology (Sartorius).
His professional competencies include department management, strategic R&D strategy deployment, performance management, talent development, external partner network development, managing complex international projects, innovation process management, and change management.
With a background in Material Science and Polymers, including a Ph.D. from the School of Mines of Paris, Fabrice has a strong educational foundation to support his professional endeavors.
He has held various roles such as Director of R&D Bag Technologies at Sartorius Stedim Biotech, Director of R&D Fine Powders at Arkema, Manager of Innovation Process at Arkema, Polymer Processing R&D Team Manager at Arkema, Injection & Compression Molding Team Manager at Arkema, and Ph.D. Student at Plastic Omnium.
In addition to his industry experience, Fabrice has also contributed as a Trainer at KEDGE Business School and previously as a Trainer / External Speaker at Cesi.
