Vanessa began her career in Human Resources in 2000, where she was involved in various HR activities such as Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, among other Personnel Department processes. In 2013, she took on a new challenge in conflict management, successfully reducing absenteeism, enhancing services, fostering employee development, and increasing internal satisfaction.
