Travis Strickland is a highly experienced Executive Chef in the restaurant industry with a vast knowledge in the field of catering, food and beverage, event planning, hospitality management, and wine. He earned an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts from the Culinary Institute of America.
Aside from being a former Executive Chef at Baltaire, Strickland was also a Corporate Executive Chef at The Local/Chicago Cut Steakhouse, Executive Kitchen Manager at White Chocolate Grill, and had previous positions at Blackberry Farm and Johnny Carino's in Tennessee.
Currently, Travis Strickland is the Managing Director of Flint by Baltaire. His expertise, skills, and professionalism in the culinary industry make him an exceptional business development professional. Strickland has a demonstrated history of excellent work and continues to excel in his field.
