Omega Z Advisors, LLC primarily operates in the delivery of change management services, solutions and deliverables. It has a unique focus on Information Technology as a driver of change. Almost all efforts to improve performance involve some aspect of IT. Ancillary services include human resources support and site content services providing the production and management of content for internet, extranet and intranet sites.

Four major perspectives drive the firm's work:
1. Company culture and management-employee relationships are a greater determinant of success than vision, plans and execution
2. Advancement in technology and research methodologies are rapidly changing our understanding of ourselves as humans and how we’re influenced, taking taking us well beyond the classical "management by objectives" philosophy developed in the mid-1900’s.
3. Change is perpetual and accelerating; and thus, adaptability is a key requirement of any enterprise.
4. Cultures containing diverse personalities are more adaptable than homogeneous ones; however, they require a more talented, skilled manager than originally conceived in the latter 1900’s.
