Wee Tan is a finance professional with over a decade of experience in banking. Currently serving as Head of Network Growth at SOCASH PTE LTD, he is primarily focused on building a bank-grade distribution network for all banks, virtual or otherwise. SOCASH empowers its network with cutting-edge technology, transforming them into virtual branches capable of providing basic financial services. With a passion for simplifying financial access, SOCASH is transforming the way people interact with their finances. Tan's educational background includes a degree in Applied Science with a Computing emphasis from the Singapore Institute of Management, as well as a stint at Anglo-Chinese Junior College. Prior to SOCASH, he served as a Business Analyst at SLNG - Singapore LNG Corporation and held a variety of roles in marketing and digital product management at both Citibank and DBS Bank. In addition to his financial expertise, Wee Tan is an avid coffee enthusiast and gamer, having previously led raids for the popular game World of Warcraft.
