Danielle Murphy

Danielle Murphy is an Associate Solicitor specializing in Commercial Disputes, with extensive experience in Litigation and Regulatory matters.

Her expertise includes handling a wide range of domestic disputes, from high court and commercial court litigation to executing search and seize orders on sites.

In addition to litigating freezing injunctions, civil fraud claims, breach of contract cases, professional negligence, debt recovery, and more, she also represents both individuals and corporates in various legal matters.

Danielle is well-versed in international arbitration, particularly in disputes involving disputed share liability, shareholder conflicts, and alleged fraudulent conduct.

She has initiated legal actions challenging arbitration awards and has conducted case analyses related to refinancing agreements and asset enforcement in the oil and energy sector.

Furthermore, she has coordinated submissions for the Global Arbitration Review.

Danielle completed her LPC at the University of Law in London Moorgate with a Distinction in the Legal Practice Course in July 2013.

Prior to that, she earned a First Class LLB from the University of Leeds, where she ranked among the top 10 out of 240 LLB students in July 2011.
