Ezra Cohen

Ezra Cohen is a skilled customer success manager and venture recruiter with extensive experience working with early-stage, deep tech companies in the domains of Applied AI and Machine Learning. He holds a bachelor's degree in Honors Anthropology with minors in Psychology and Marketing from McGill University. Formerly the Venture Recruitment and Evaluation Lead as well as the Venture Manager and Recruitment Lead - AI Stream at Creative Destruction Lab, Ezra is currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience at OpsLevel, where he helps development teams manage service architectures to ensure customers get the most out of the platform. He is also experienced in customer support and has served in roles such as Customer Success Manager and Customer Support Specialist at SnapApp. In addition, he was the Chair of Publicity at McGill Debate Union during his undergraduate studies. Ezra is deeply interested in applying his knowledge and experience to help customers succeed and learn more about software development and deployment.
