Cleyton Messias is a seasoned Product Manager with a wealth of experience in Customer Success, M&A process, and software development. He graduated from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho with a degree in Information Systems, and he furthered his education by completing extension programs in Product Management, How to Think Like a Successful Product Manager, and Validating Business Model Ideas at Stanford University. Cleyton is also a graduate of the Artificial Intelligence Nanodegree program at Udacity.

Cleyton got his start in the field as a Software Engineer at MSTech and Web Foundations before moving on to become a Development Team Lead at Spread and a Systems Analyst at Itaú Unibanco. He then co-founded and became Head of Customer Success at TrustVox - Compre com confiança and is currently a Product Manager at Trustvox, where he oversees a product that collects customer reviews on eCommerce sites and optimizes the data to increase conversion rates and revenue.
