Evy Ceuleers is a highly accomplished linguist, educator, and researcher with extensive experience in multilingualism, language education, and identity construction. She received her Doctorate in Linguistics from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel with the highest honors and her Master's in Germanic Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics from the same university. She also earned her Geaggregeerde voor het Secundair Onderwijs in Nederlands-Engels and studied Algemeen secundair onderwijs, Latijn-Moderne talen at the Immaculata Instituut Tienen.

Throughout her career, Evy Ceuleers has held a variety of leadership positions and contributed to numerous organizations. She is currently the Team Leader Science Promotion at Innoviris, and previously led teams at the same organization. She was also the Coordinator of the research domain Multilingual Communication at Ghent University, a Guest Lecturer at the University of Vienna, a Postdoctoral Research Assistant at both Ghent University and the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, and a Project Coordinator at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel. Additionally, she served as a PHD Student at Vrije Universiteit Brussel and a Lector Dutch as a second language at the Université libre de Bruxelles.
