Evan Wray is the CEO and co-founder of Mavely, a social commerce platform designed to help influencers earn commissions and connect with curated brand opportunities. Mavely aims to address rising customer acquisition costs for direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands while enhancing product discovery for consumers. In 2021, Mavely was acquired by Nu Skin, where Wray continues to operate it as an independent subsidiary.123
Wray has a notable background in entrepreneurship and technology. He co-founded Swyft Media, the first emoji ad network, which was acquired by Monotype Imaging in 2015. He also served as a founding partner of Irish Beef, a quick-service restaurant franchise, before its acquisition in 2018. His expertise spans digital advertising and technology, and he has been recognized on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list in the Media and Advertising category in 2017.123
Educationally, Wray graduated with a B.A. in Economics from the University of Notre Dame in 2012, where he also participated in athletics as a walk-on to the varsity football team.124 He is actively involved in mentoring young entrepreneurs and serves as a Venture Partner at Trail Mix Ventures, focusing on innovative startups.34
