Eva Kelly

Eva Kelly, also known as HQIE001, has a strong background in employee engagement and employee relations within the retail sector, particularly at Lidl. She has diverse experience in various HR functions such as learning and development, recruitment, employer branding, payroll, and sales. Eva is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resource from the prestigious Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School.

Eva's educational journey includes a Diploma in Employment Law from Dublin Business School, an MSc in Human Resource Management with First Class Honours from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, a Master of Social Science with First Class Honours in Sociology from University College Dublin, and a Bachelor's degree with a Joint Major in Economics and Sociology from University College Dublin. She also completed her Leaving Certificate with all honors from Loreto College St. Stephens Green.

Throughout her career, Eva has held significant roles at Lidl Ireland, such as Employment Law Manager, Employee Relations Manager, HR Programme Manager - Employee Relations, and Engagement and Employee Relations Junior Project Manager. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Graduate Management Trainee (HR) at Lidl Ireland. Prior to her time at Lidl, Eva gained experience as an Administrative Assistant at the Irish Manuscripts Commission and worked as a Hostess and Server at The Dockside.
