Eugene Shen

Eugene Shen is a highly-educated professional with a strong background in finance, analytics, and football strategy. He holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, an AB in Applied Math with Economics from Harvard University, and has a diverse educational background that includes studies at Bellaire. Eugene has held prominent positions in various reputable organizations, currently serving as the SVP of Football Strategy at the Washington Commanders. His previous roles include being a Derivatives Analyst at Millennium, Vice President of Football Analytics at the Jacksonville Jaguars, Director of Personnel Analytics at the Miami Dolphins, and Director of Coaching Analytics at the Baltimore Ravens. Prior to his ventures in the sports industry, Eugene gained valuable experience as a Portfolio Manager and Senior Vice President at AllianceBernstein, a Partner and Portfolio Manager at JD Capital Management, and a Strategist at Long-Term Capital Management, LLC.
