Eugene Buff
Eugene Buff is a Registered Technology Transfer Professional (RTTP) and Certified Licensing Professional (CLP) with over two decades of combined scientific, consulting, and management experience.1345 He currently holds several roles:

Buff is also the Founder and President of Primary Care Innovation Consulting (PCIC), a technology strategy consulting firm that provides services to both large and small companies globally.3 He has unique access to cutting-edge innovation at universities, incubators and accelerators worldwide.3
