Eugene Buff is a Registered Technology Transfer Professional (RTTP) and Certified Licensing Professional (CLP) with over two decades of combined scientific, consulting, and management experience.1345 He currently holds several roles:

• Director of Health Sciences Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Northeastern University, Bouvé College of Health Sciences12
• Lecturer at The Michael J. and Ann Sherman Center for Engineering Entrepreneurship Education at Northeastern University12
• Entrepreneurship Programs Coordinator at Bentley University, where he teaches courses on Entrepreneurship, Venture Creation, and Strategy34

Buff is also the Founder and President of Primary Care Innovation Consulting (PCIC), a technology strategy consulting firm that provides services to both large and small companies globally.3 He has unique access to cutting-edge innovation at universities, incubators and accelerators worldwide.3

Academically, Buff holds an MD/PhD in Genetics and is a coauthor of 14 papers in peer reviewed international journals.35 He is an active member of the Licensing and Technology Transfer community, serving on several committees and task forces at AUTM.3 Buff is also a Startup Development Officer (SDO) at the National Council of Entrepreneurial Tech Transfer (NCET2).3
