Etienne Fang is a seasoned human-centered research and strategy leader, with a wide range of experience spanning several organizations. With a passion for driving innovation through insights and diversity, she has worked with big brands such as The Clorox Company, The Coca-Cola Company, and Walmart, among others. Etienne is a Principal Researcher at Amazon, leading the foundational research to make the customer experience inclusive for all customers. She has also founded Redefining Having It All, a nonprofit organization that empowers women globally through research and storytelling. Etienne's expertise lies in UX research leadership, ethnographic research, ideation, vision and concept development, insight sprints and synthesis, storytelling, as well as workshop and sprint facilitation.
