Ethan Toven-Lindsey is the Vice President of News at KQED, a public media organization based in San Francisco, California. He has held this position since August 2022. Prior to this role, he served as the Executive Editor of News at KQED from October 2018 to August 2022 and as Managing Editor from July 2016 to August 2022. His extensive experience in journalism includes a stint as Senior Managing Editor for NPR's mid-day news show "Here & Now" and various editorial roles at American Public Media, where he focused on business news and digital transitions.1
