Ester Svetlik Danelova

Ester Svetlik Danelova is a skilled organizational development consultant, leadership coach, and psychotherapist with diverse educational and professional experience. She holds a Ph.D. and a Master's degree in psychology from Masaryk University Brno and has completed a Gestalt psychotherapy certification course. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in media studies and journalism and psychology from the same university.

Ester has held various key positions in top organizations. She's currently the Head of Workspace Consulting at HB Reavis, where she strengthens the flow of companies through continuous action research, leadership development, team facilitation, individual growth, and elegant people process design. She previously served as the Organizational Development Consultant at Independent and as a People Architect at Creative Dock.

Before that, Ester was on sabbatical, having formerly worked as the Business Development Manager, Innovation Manager, Senior Consultant, and Trainer at Image Lab s.r.o.
