Prior to this, Erwin was actively involved with Young Innovators of Medicines as a Representative & Board Member, demonstrating his commitment to fostering innovation in the pharmaceutical industry. His role as a Senior Consultant in Innovation & Finance at Subtracers BV equipped him with valuable insights into driving growth and financial strategies within organizations.
