Ernest Mui, a seasoned problem solver with a passion for finding practical solutions to complex issues, has built an impressive career in the public sector. With a focus on citizen engagement, Ernest possesses an excellent understanding of user needs, which has fueled his interest in developing solutions that address those needs. Ernest's education includes a Bachelor of Social Science in Sociology and Public Policy and Public Management cum laude from Singapore Management University, complemented by a Software Engineering Immersive program completed at General Assembly.

Ernest's extensive organizational experience includes working as a Consultant at Synpulse, an Instructional Associate at General Assembly, and Manager, Adoption and Engagement, Smart Nation and Digital Government Office. Ernest also has experience as a Manager, Ministry of Social and Family Development, Singapore (MSF), and as an Assistant Manager at MSF.

With an emphasis on practical problem-solving, Ernest has developed a set of skills and expertise that make him a valuable asset to any organization. Ernest's interests include software engineering, user interface design, website development, and citizen engagement.
