Ernest Adams

Ernest Adams is currently the chief diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) officer at Ford Motor Company, joining the company in March 2023.1 He previously served as the first chief diversity and inclusion officer for Danaher Corporation.1 Adams reports to Jennifer Waldo, Ford's chief people and employee experience officer.1
