Erleen's educational background includes an MSc in Digital Marketing Communications from The Manchester Metropolitan University, an MBA with an emphasis on Marketing and IT from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business, and a BA in Business Administration and Management with a Minor in East Asian Studies from Stephens College. Her professional journey has seen her in roles at Infosys Consulting, Ahold Delhaize, DHL, Oracle, Deloitte, and more, with engagements in management consulting, digital strategy, sales and marketing, business development, and technology.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Erleen is active in education, serving on the Stephens College Alumnae Association Exec Board. She has a keen interest in Museums, Theatre, and Classic Cars, with a notable experience of visiting over 160 museums and attending 75+ theatre shows.
