Erin Stevens

Erin Stevens is a change-oriented leader with over 25 years of experience in executing strategic initiatives for nonprofit and community-based organizations.

Her expertise lies in program development, communications, strategic planning, capacity building, and resource mobilization aimed at driving community development initiatives, particularly focusing on health equity and safety in vulnerable communities.

She collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance community capacity, break down systemic barriers, and oversees diverse functions including budgeting, human resources, volunteer management, vendor relations, marketing, and brand development.

Erin strategically plans, integrates, and implements multiple projects simultaneously to advance social initiatives, often partnering with community-based organizations (CBO) to craft comprehensive public engagement strategies.

Erin Stevens pursued her education at Donelson Christian Academy, where she later went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing from Tennessee Technological University, alongside a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration and Management, Human Resources from the same institution.
