Erin designed, planned and facilitated Accenture's Global Change Management Partner Summit, an annual gathering of hundreds of Change Management Partners from Accenture offices throughout the world.  Erin also worked as part of the project team at Eisai Pharmaceutical, leading Change Management efforts for the introductory launch of their revolutionary Alzheimer's drug, Aricept.
