Erin Drake

Erin Drake is a highly accomplished individual with a diverse educational background and a wealth of professional experiences.

Erin holds a Doctor of Law - JD from Yale Law School, a Bachelor of Arts in History and Literature with a focus on Spanish, Cum Laude from Harvard University, and completed her High School Diploma at the University School of Nashville.

She has gained valuable insights and skills through various roles, including serving as a Judicial Law Clerk at the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit and the Seventh Circuit.

Erin has also contributed her legal expertise as a Law Student Intern at the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund, Inc., a Summer Associate at WilmerHale, a Law School Intern at the Federal Public Defender in the Middle District of Tennessee, and in a Paralegal role focusing on the LGBT and HIV Project at the ACLU.

Apart from her legal engagements, she has explored investigative analysis in The Sex Crimes Unit at the New York County District Attorney's Office, demonstrated leadership as a Student Development Chair at Phillips Brooks House Association Inc., and engaged in public service as a Constituent Services Intern for the Massachusetts Governor.

Her commitment to community development is evident through her involvement as a Steering Committee Member at The First Year Urban Program and as a State Farm Youth Advisory Board Member at State Farm Insurance.
