Erikka James has served as the Director of Leadership and Global Programs at The Lower Eastside Girls Club, showcasing her skills in program management and leadership.

Prior to her current role, she held the position of Programming Associate at The Lower Eastside Girls Club, contributing to the organization's mission.

Her expertise also extends to the art world, where she worked as a Sales and Marketing Associate at Turner Carroll Gallery and as a PR / Marketing Associate at Southwestern Association For Indian Arts.

Moreover, Erikka has experience in sales and design from her time at Design Warehouse, where she honed her sales skills and design knowledge.
