Erik Swanson

Erik Swanson is an accomplished attorney with significant experience in the areas of corporate law, business administration, and international development. He graduated from the University of Puget Sound with a B.A. in Business and Public Administration before obtaining his Juris Doctor in Corporate Law from American University Washington College of Law.

Throughout his career, Erik has demonstrated a passion for helping others and promoting positive change. He founded and served as President of Roots and Wings International, an organization that works to improve educational and economic opportunities for young people in Guatemala. He also worked as General Manager at Ferreteria El Globo, a hardware store and construction materials supplier, where he oversaw day-to-day operations and helped the business grow.

Erik has used his legal expertise to help businesses navigate complex legal issues and make informed decisions. He has worked as an attorney at both Bullivant Houser Bailey and Immix Law Group PC, where he has advised clients on a wide variety of matters, including contract negotiations, intellectual property disputes, and corporate governance.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Erik has also been a Visiting Professor at Universidad Francisco Marroquín, where he taught courses on international law and business. He is a dedicated advocate for social justice and has worked with numerous non-profit organizations to support their missions.
