- Became a data integrity SME and completed high priority CAPAs as part of inspection readiness efforts.
- Owner of site quality agreement program for GMP activities.
- Lead a diverse team to redesign the aseptic training program, by creating and delivering 3 tiered trainings to more than 400 employees.
- Mentored co-ops in professional development and community service, but also mediated complex disciplinary issues.
