Erik Jaeckel

Meet Erik Jaeckel, a talented hospitality professional with diverse experience in event management, customer service, and team leadership. Erik honed his hospitality skills at Madison Area Technical College, where he studied Hotel and Restaurant Management. He has since applied his expertise to various organizations, including Full Compass Systems, Sauk Prairie Music Association, and the Madison Mallards Baseball Club. During his tenure at the Mallards, Erik served as the Corporate Ticket Service Manager, the Corporate Tickets and Events Manager, and the Fan Relations Coordinator. He also exercised his passion for music as the Director of Booking for Piano Fondue, LLC. Prior to these roles, he gained experience in hotel guest services as the Front Office Manager at The North Central Group and a Guest Service Representative at Hampton Inn & Suites Madison.
