Érico Almeida

Érico Almeida is a highly experienced Solutions Engineer with a passion for education technology. With over 15 years of experience, he has developed a deep understanding of learning management systems and customized tools for digital learning resources. Érico's expertise includes coordinating technology, development and support departments, managing the implementation of learning technologies in K12 and higher education institutions, and supporting and training faculty in the use of these tools. He has also worked extensively with multimedia production teams and instructional design teams to develop online courses.

With a background that includes a Graduate degree in Computer Science from Universidade de São Paulo, Érico has held positions at several respected organizations, including Instructure, Blackboard, and Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa. At Instructure, his current role as a Senior Solutions Engineer allows him to work closely with educational institutions in order to develop and implement advanced learning technologies.

In addition to his work as a Solutions Engineer, Érico has also worked as a Distance Education IT Coordinator, a Trainee, a Distance Education Analyst, and a Webmaster. These roles have given him a well-rounded understanding of the complexities of developing digital learning resources.
