Erica Sturges, a seasoned communications and marketing professional with 17 years of experience, is passionate about empowering and inspiring people to embody company culture and fulfill its vision. She is a Bachelor of Arts graduate in Psychology from the prestigious University of California in Los Angeles. Over the years, she has worked with executive teams to facilitate the strategic communication of crucial company messages. Erica has built an impressive track record in agile problem-solving, timely communication, and authentic message delivery. These qualities have seen her rise to her current position as Director of Executive and Internal Communications at Gensler.

Erica invests deeply in her work and colleague relations, understanding well the importance of empowering executives to assume their leadership roles. Her expertise spans a variety of fields, including behavior modification, statistics, and investment administration. Previously, she worked at Capital Group and The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC. When not in the office, Erica can be found hiking, camping, playing games, or spending time with her CrossFit community, building a balance between her professional and personal life.
