In her environmental endeavors, Erica specializes in meteorological and ocean forecasting for ship and aircraft operations. She is passionate about environmental protection and education. Erica's KM roles encompass her skills in blending people and processes with technology to enhance operations. She is adept at utilizing new technologies to streamline processes and ensure cross-compatibility and upgradability.
To further her knowledge, Erica has completed various educational programs such as Information Dominance Officer Warfare Education and Cyber Operations and National Security Strategy classes. She holds a Secret clearance and possesses certifications in Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Certified Knowledge Manager, and proficiency in various software such as MOSS 2007 and Microsoft Office 2007.
