Erica Brooks

Erica Brooks is a highly accomplished nonprofit leader with expertise in scaling and evolving organizations that promote social purpose initiatives. An experienced collaborative leader, Erica has a proven track record of using creativity and connection to advance social justice and poverty alleviation. Erica's career spans over a decade with a focus on building high-impact nonprofits, raising funds and securing high-level partnerships across diverse sectors. She began her service career with charity: water and helped scale the organization into a $100M entity bringing clean, safe drinking water to 12M people in 29 countries. In her latest role as the Chief Growth Officer at White Pony Express, she helped build the organization from scratch and turned it into the largest food rescue enterprise in Northern California. Erica is a member of several prestigious organizations including the NationSwell Council, Opportunity Collaboration (OC 365), and Food Tank. She also sits on the advisory board of Women Forward International.
