His expertise spans philosophy, ethics, communication, policy, leadership, and cultural studies. Weber is also an active member of various academic organizations, including being the Executive Director of the Society of Philosophers in America (SOPHIA) and serving on the Advisory Board for the Public Philosophy Network.
