Eric McGehearty is a seasoned entrepreneur, sculptor, mentor, and advocate for individuals with learning differences. With over a decade of experience, he founded Globe Runner in 2009, propelling it to the forefront of digital agencies in Dallas and earning recognition on the INC5000 list of fastest-growing US companies. Apart from his business acumen, Eric is an accomplished sculptor, showcasing his award-winning pieces in galleries nationwide, leveraging his artistry for innovative problem-solving in entrepreneurship.

Eric's dedication extends beyond business and art. He is deeply involved in supporting individuals with learning disparities, co-founding StandUpLD with his wife Heather in 2016 to empower parents and educators seeking resources for children with learning differences. His commitment stems from his personal experience as a dyslexic individual, driving his passion for educational reform to cater to diverse learning needs.

Alongside his professional ventures, Eric values his role as a devoted husband to Heather and a father to their four children. Educationally, he holds an MFA in Sculpture from the University of North Texas and a BA from the University of the Ozarks, combining artistic prowess with a solid academic foundation for his multifaceted career.
