Eric Hochman

Eric Hochman, CCIM, is an accomplished professional with over eighteen years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.

During his career, Eric has excelled in various aspects of the field, including acquisitions, asset management, leasing, financing, investment sales, development, and construction.

He has a notable track record of acquiring over $500 million in assets and effectively managing more than five million square feet of retail, office, industrial, and multifamily properties across the United States.

Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Law from Lafayette College and a Master's degree in Real Estate from New York University, indicating his strong educational background in the industry.

Additionally, he is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a Licensed Florida Real Estate Broker, and a Florida Licensed Certified Building Contractor, showcasing his commitment to professional development and expertise in the field.

As a member of prominent industry organizations such as the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), The Urban Land Institute, the National Association of Realtors, and the CCIM Institute, Eric remains actively involved in the real estate community.

Currently serving as the Chief Investment Officer at Pebb Enterprises, Eric has previously held key roles including Chief Development Officer and Director of Development at the same company.

Prior to his tenure at Pebb Enterprises, he has demonstrated his leadership and strategic vision in positions such as Principal at Vortex Capital Partners, President at Acclivity Construction, Director of Real Estate at Kimco Realty Corporation, and Broker/Chief Executive Officer, CCIM at Vortex International Realty.
