Eric Gregory

Eric Gregory is the Chief Development Officer at Inception Fertility, a role he has held since December 2020.2 In this position, he focuses on accelerating the organization's growth through various business and marketing strategies, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), across Inception's entire portfolio of companies.1

Prior to joining Inception Fertility, Eric served as the Associate Vice President of Business Development and Strategy at MEDNAX, a medical solutions company offering neonatal, maternal-fetal, and pediatric physician subspecialty services.12 At MEDNAX, he managed end-to-end M&A and other growth activities within the physician services group space.1

Eric brings nearly 15 years of business development experience to his role at Inception.1 His responsibilities include:

• Facilitating business growth by helping like-minded practices form strong partnerships with Inception Fertility3
• Promoting Inception's growing portfolio of companies, including The Prelude Network, Pathways Fertility, MyEggBank, Bundl Fertility, InspireRX, Havencryo, and Nutrabloom2
• Identifying interested practices and shareholders, negotiating offers, handling due diligence, and working with various internal teams to align entities2

Eric's educational background includes:

• Master of Business Administration in Finance, with a concentration in Entrepreneurship, from Fordham University's Gabelli School of Business12
• Dual Bachelor of Science Degrees in Finance and Psychology from the University of Florida, where he graduated Cum Laude12

Before his roles at Inception Fertility and MEDNAX, Eric worked at Macquarie Group as Vice President of EMEA Structured Commodity Finance in London, where he gained international work experience in commodity financing and services.2
