Eric Farber is an entertainment lawyer with over 20 years of experience in the music and entertainment industry. He has represented numerous high-profile clients, including the Tupac Shakur Estate, and has worked extensively with indie filmmakers, musicians, authors, and artists.1

In 2021, Farber founded Creators Legal, an online platform that offers contract templates and other legal tools designed specifically for content creators and the creator economy.4 Daily Variety has described Creators Legal as an "entertainment lawyer in a box".1

Creators Legal provides a suite of over 120 contracts for various types of creators, including indie filmmakers, musicians, authors, live theater performers, web series creators, podcasters, and more.1 The platform allows creators to easily build and customize contracts using a simple online form builder, with each contract taking less than six minutes to complete on average.1

Farber's goal in founding Creators Legal was to make high-quality, industry-standard legal solutions accessible and affordable for all creators, regardless of their field or background.3 He believes that every creator deserves access to the legal tools they need to protect their work, document deals, enhance collaborations, and monetize their content.3

In addition to his work with Creators Legal, Farber is also the CEO and Chief Legal Officer of Farber & Company and the founder of Pacific Workers' Compensation Law Center.2 He has been involved in high-stakes litigation and transactional matters for over two decades and has received numerous awards and honors, including being named a Super Lawyer by Law and Politics magazine.2
