Linda Nelson is a multi-talented entrepreneur and filmmaker, with experience in the finance, technology, and entertainment industries. She holds bachelor's degrees from both Russell Sage College and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Linda has an extensive background in investment banking, having worked for a Saudi Arabian Investment company and held senior vice president and vice president roles at Mission Insurance Group and Showmax/Cinegrand, respectively. She later co-owned and became a featured film producer for Prescreen, produced films for DancesWithFilms, and co-owned Really Big Film Corp. Linda also served as a board member for the Downtown Film Festival Los Angeles. Currently, she is the CEO of Indie Rights, Inc., an independent film distribution company. Her work involves developing, financing, producing, distributing, and marketing independent films using new digital distribution platforms. Linda's focus is innovation, building relationships between filmmakers and audiences, and embracing new technologies. She has a keen interest in the intersection of art and technology and aims to combine them in amazing ways. Linda is looking for capital investment opportunities to produce and distribute their current slate of films.
